Hours of Operation

  • Our normal business hours are 8:00 AM EST to, Mon-Fri. Phone support will be available only during normal business hours.
  • If you need technical support or have questions after normal business hours or during the weekend and holidays, please contact:
  • Only email support will be available at this time. Our email support is available 24 X 7 – including all major holidays.
  • Phone support or remote session help will be provided only during normal business hours.

Response Time

Customers can report an issue using our online Customer Care link and selecting Trouble Ticket. (It is available to all clinicians who have been provided a Username and Password for a Secure Login). Alternatively, customers can call the Toll Free number during normal business hours. We make all necessary efforts to resolve customer issues on the same business day. Most customer issues reported before 5:00pm EST will be resolved on the same day. Issues reported after 5:00pm may get postponed to the next business day depending on the critically of the issue. Examples of typical issues include:

  • Security setting and configuration of Internet Explorer
  • Installing Olympus Software for DVR users and Set up to Upload voice files
  • PC issues that affect functions like Download, View, Print and Fax
