It is an easy-to-use web application that is ideal for smartphone users. Providers have historically used a Phone-in system to dictate with a unique Dictation ID and a Password. With Secure-Dictate, Providers can login with the same Dictation ID and Password and start dictating!
Secure-Dictate was developed with feedback from clinicians and doctors who were used to dictating via a Phone-in system. We decided to take the best of a Phone-in system, and offer the same functionality plus more on a smartphone, PC and tablets. Essentially, Secure-Dictate works on any smart device (iOS and Android) or a PC with an Internet connection. Getting started is easy as it does not require an App download or software installation. No password needs to be created, and no email confirmations or secret questions!
Secure-Dictate allows a provider to use his existing Dictation ID and Password to dictate. Using a MRN is optional. Secure-Dictate also offers enhanced features like access to Activity Logs, click to select a DOS, Work type and more.
